Half day workshop  – 09.30 – 13.00

We all need a certain amount of stress in our lives but when it gets too much, our health, nerves and relationships can suffer.  This half day workshop helps you to learn about stress, shows you how to identify when it is building up and gives you practical and effective tips and techniques for stress reduction.




Content includes:-

  •  Chance to identify own stressors
  • Effects of stress – positive and negative
  • How to recognise the signals in oneself
  • Personal strategies to counter the effects
  • How to recognise stress in others and help them through it


Interactive workshop session with chances for individual and small group exercises as well as whole group discussion
